Lose Big


The Biggest Loser's new season premiered on Tuesday, and I was glued to the TV as I have been for the past few seasons. A while back, I asked my sister to gain 125 pounds so that we could go on the show together, but it looks like we'd each have to gain about 200 to be on the current season. Probably not worth it just for a little face time with the trainers (who I became a bit disenchanted with after last season, anyway). Instead, we (and you) can download for free a Biggest Loser workout mix. Ah, that's a much better plan.
