The holidays are over, and that means (for me, at least) that it's time to get back to the gym. I belong here, and it's a good value for the money — there are classes, weight machines, free weights, and plenty of cardio machines. (My one complaint: They never seem to be able to accurately measure body fat composition, but maybe that's for the best!)
